Problems like this are rarely found on computers. This incident I gave the name "collision events in the device driver usb".
Dealing with issues like this is not difficult, follow the steps as shown below:
1. Go to "windows explorer", right click "computer" (here I am using win7), and then click "properties".
3. Take a good look at the picture below, you will see there are some USB controllers are problematic.
4. We fix the problem. Uninstall all USB controllers that have problems (marked with a yellow triangle). The steps as shown below.
I assume, all USB controllers with problems have uninstalled.
5. Now we do it manually scan to detect the equipment plugged into the computer. Do it like the picture below.
6. Wait for the process, it may take a few minutes. If run successfully, then you can use your USB device.

1. Reinstall the device driver USB using the default software manufacturer.
